Where do you work?
Mostly across Java and Bali, with selected projects elsewhere in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
What size of project do you take on?
Anything from a single-room interior to a public building. Our sweet spot is private homes and small workplaces of 150–3,000 m².
How are your fees structured?
Usually as a percentage of construction cost, agreed per phase. For small interiors we can offer a fixed fee.
How long does a typical house take?
Around 4–6 months of design and permits, followed by 10–14 months of construction, depending on size and site.
Do you manage construction?
We supervise construction on behalf of the client and work alongside a contractor of your choice, or one we recommend.
